Those who have not participated in previous events they signed up for this year, shall Not be taking part in this one.
This will be a sign up tournament with 32 competitors.
This will begin on July 1st: It will run on GMT time zone too. You will have 2 days (more than enough time) to post your bar.
If you sign up be sure that you actually show up to battle. (after all it's only one bar) Those who sign up and no-show shall be hit with 10 infraction points by yours truly.
