CYPHER Idea: - Lets Beef

The Cypher section has gone to the dumps. I've come up with a proposal to make it more interesting and get the ''writing spirit'' back into people. Every month, we should generate new captains to lead a 'Cypher' crew. The captains can choose what topic the Cypher will be about and can choose 5 people on their team (No more than 2 people from your own crew). I will open a thread for Captains every week and can nominate their selves (first come first serve.) Give some feedback, possibly ass your own ideas. Thanks for your time.

Good idea, but really I'm going to try and get the topical section doing this. Through the mag, I'm going to have a written of the month with an emcee item or something as an award which should be good enough motivation, and I'm secretly getting topicals into Chloro
