Track Battle Section for Prerecorded Verses
I remember when i (sixxshott) first started out on letsbeef, my favorite thrill was right before accepting a battle or posting a open..i remember getting a little nervous but always using it as a weapon..Then i would focus at the task at hand, clear my throat, take a deep breath and hit that record button..then MAGIC!!!..
Todays letsbeef is more like, Hey let me go home open up my recording program, record my "1st Take" vocals, then add my adlib punch ins on my "2nd Take", then ill play it back on letsbeef and post it as a battle..
Sure theres pros and cons to doing this..For one you will never run out of breath like in a live battle or slip up and forget a line..Basically you will have a damn near perfect verse ready to be playback on letsbeef and recorded for the battle arena..
Im not knocking the people that do do it..believe me these boys got talent and they respect the art form..some could even say that they are bringing some life to the dying audio arena, i damn sure think so..
But can you truely say pressing play on your music program and recording the playback on letsbeef is battling?
My suggestion is make a track battle section and let all the prerecorded people go bananas..Cuz at the end of the day its a prerecorded track..Period..
Thanks for reading, now you could leave your opinions are tell me to stfu i dont care..Its just my thoughts deal with it..
AND SHOUT TO THE HEADS THAT DO PRERECORD FOR STEPPING UP THEIR GAME AND MAKING SOME OTHERS DO THAT SAME

how is making a pre-recorded track battle section going to stop pre-recorded audio battles?
Peeps won't know the difference and it will still keep on happening. You cant stop that from happening.
A track battle section sounds cool to me but it won't improve the audio section at all

Of course people know the difference, you could clearly hear the difference between a live verse and a prerecorded one..
If you record a verse on your music program then you use that recording to record a battle on letsbeef then its basically the same as recording a song and uploading it to the track section..
Ahh whatever

no no i didn't mean that..I was saying let's say that there is a Track Battle Section and an Audio Battle Section..
Peeps are going to come with pre-recorded shit in the track battle section but that won't stop them from doing the same in the Audio Section cuz they won't really know the difference between these two sections..
I get what u are sayin tho and i agree

The track battle will be strickly prerecorded music..60 seconds 120 seconds shit 180 seconds..it wont be regular music you would find in the track SECTION unless its a diss/beef joint..
Then the audio battle will be for freestyling and written verses that are spit LIVE not prerecorded and played again..
Once this happens then itll be prerecorded vs prerecorded written vs written free vs free

@ OSKAR nothing for nothing pre recorded is actually giving that person the upper hand as marty said...its basicly a perfect drop...compared to hitting record and giving it the natural effect of delivery and flow...its not easy knocking a whole verse out that s not studied with no down s...pre recording will never stop i have talked to a couple people who do it and asked why...half the time its a malfuntion in there pc s that make em do it...or glitche s after recorded drop s...so they prerecord it...i dont have a problem with it but it does give em the upper hand on a freestyle battle..so any prerecorded drop s should be posted written...relle out....poooofffff piffff smoke....
