I've wanted to buy a PS3 before but only if I could find me a copy of Metal Gear 4. Only reason I wanted a PS3. Plus I got Uncharted 2 as well which should be dope.

On a side not I just been checking out the PSN store and it absolutely shits on Xbox live.

Darksiders 2 is £30 on Live
£8 on PSN
Dishonoured £40 on Live
£20 on PSN

Plus PSN releases games A LOT quicker than live.. they got crysis 3 though really pricey (but so is live when they eventually release them) out already for purchase.

MGS = Best games ever made imo. Except one - Which 90% of the time I was sat there watching the storyline, and the actual game-play lasted like 2 hours total; Very disappointed with that one (Not sure which one it was, I think it might actually be MGS4, so good luck with the long ass video clips you gotta endure @Just C)

To me, the order goes

MGS 4 (I know it has a shit load of movies and everything, but just the storyline is outstanding. That greatest moment which I dont want to spoil if Just hasnt heard of it, the fight with Ocelot, Rex Vs Ray. Everything is just incredible).
MGS 2 (Dem easter eggs. Nah I dont care if Raiden is a faggot, that game had insane depth).
MGS 1 (Revolutionised PS1 gaming. The way EVERYTHING in MGS 4 relates to what happens in MGS 1 is also incredible. How complex a game this was when it was competing with Crash and Spyro is unbelievable).
Then MGS 3 (Only played it twice, which is probably the reason. The eye getting shot out part was outstanding though).

I actually went through all of them recently. MGS 1 is like €5 in PSN Store so I got that. In about 30 seconds, you completley forget the weaker graphics and gameplay because you dive right back into it again. Then I completed the whole VR missions in MGS 2 and got all the dog tags. The dog tags is something I always wanted to do after a cousin of mine had them all, and those VR missions are ridiculously hard. I mean...RIDICULOUSLY. Those sniping missions....FUCK. Then I got MGS 3, which was pretty fucking hard to find. I never went after all the animals though, too boring.

I prefer the MGS 1 and 2 format of being in a base though. The open levels of 3 and 4 didnt make me feel as trapped and isolated as 1 and 2 did. But one thing I'm happy about, it'll be a long time before I have to rescue that fucking bitch from the underwater level. RIP Peter Stillman

lol Yeah rescuing Octogon's sister was a pain in the ass. The sniper cover was cool though, just hated the underwater part.

If I went off most memorable moments MGS 3 would be top. But 3 just hit home

Yeah watched some of it, but it had a touch of Badly Dubbed Porn to it (Don't know if you've seen that show on Comedy Central) Kept half expecting him to whip out his "Solid Snake" and start banging some village chick. too cheesy for me.
