pretty self explanatory ...

end of every month open up Nominations for 3 days, then have a vote open for three days...

awards could be emcee items or something... thats on you...

but i think this on the regular would wake the track section up....

could even go every three months or whatever...(4 times a year)

This isn't a bad idea. There are already track awards though...so i don't really think that this would bring the track section back popping.

Tho only thing to get things poppin again is the actual people.

i like this idea, kind of removes the point of the top 10 (which to be fair is random at the best of times!!! lol)
