@ Costello I know almost doesn't count, but even you gotta admit, that Giants buccs game was really heading my way for a good bit. Fucking Giants had to step back up though.
Overall..I call Shenanigans on the Bills/Chiefs and the Patriots/AZ games. Vegas got their money this week.
Still early, though my picks are probably shot for this week....again.

K, that Eagles game was unexpected. I don't even know what to say about that. I'm stunned as well. Another pick in the trash. Funny I got some oddball ones and miss the obvious. Gonna be a long season.

couple more no shows for the week - lets try and get those down to zero...anywho
this week was something else..seems like every matchup ended in an upset...I caught the first wave of games and there was alot to see...Arizona somehow holding on to win, the Eagles/Ravens game, Cam and the Panthers upsetting the Saints (which may no longer be considered upsets if they keep playing the way they are)...even the Browns/ Bengals game had some exciting moments...the main thing im happy to see is that all the rookie quarterbacks stepped up and played well this week...it shows promise for teams like Seattle and Cleveland
the one thing im disappointed about is how the Lions played against the 49ers...this team is not neccessarily known for their offense, but they somehow continue to stomp the Lions defense...Alex Smith looked like Peyton Manning and no one was stopping Frank Gore...it didnt help that Matt Stafford looked nervous as all hell in the pocket...he over-threw wide open recievers, continued his interception streak, and just down right looked amatuer...i expect the Lions to fully bounce back against the Titans this weekend so hopefully that game will get them back on track

too many upsets this past week man. i couldn't believe some of them honestly. Hopefully, this would be my worst picks for the remaining. Seahawks? Eagles? Cardinals? man.
anyways, I know for sure I got the Panthers winning on Thursday (discussion only, not a pick for the week).
@ Teek; I honestly gasped on that Eagles/Ravens game. Definitely was an "edge-hanger" game all the way through. Can say, at the end the Eagles wanted that match-up a bit more. That Bucs/Giants game: I so saw that going towards the Bucs and was going to make a lot of noise in here if they did actually win. That would've been probably the most talked-about, similar to Arizona winning over New England.
I definitely got homework for these match-ups! (Arizona > Philadelphia)

side note - how would yall feel about chaing the rules for the tie score...make it so we all have to predict the same matchup - whether it be sunday night/thursdays game/or the early monday game

That's fine. I went ahead and used Fiji's game to follow suit, but Thursday's are a solid game and keeps shit regulated.
