at phoenix request. this thread is done... and to vitriol and the rest..yeah im fairly new to this site, not new to battling. but i want to elevate and help others elevate also, which is the whole point to these net sites.. and imo, universally everyone should have better voting standards, it benefits everyone in the long run..

GUIDELINES:

BA5IC RULES- Have 2 times as many wins as losses b4 even asking to join. Once you join you have to do atleast 15 battles a month(until promoted to captain) . and during those 15(or more) battles per month, you must have more wins than losses... also voting must be explained ...see below:

PROMOTION TO CAPTAIN: ya need to maintain a good record, earn flames, and drop good explained votes, none of that '' fv, gb'' bullshit, doesnt help anyone elevate.. give at least some kind of decent expo.... honesty's the policy..

PROMOTION TO LEADER: get at least 3 flames during the month . and maintain all of the above standards . will be up for consideration..
