It's funny cause almost top to bottom he's wrong.


The site sucks directly because of a lack of members. LB was a numbers game. In 2009 there was no Askari, Street Famous, Olde English, LEFT FIELD, Real Talk etc. That generation had already basically fizzled out. They were replaced by a new generation, and this kept continuing.

If 1000 people join LB, like 800 are going to be gone by next month. Like 100 of those will likely stick around for like a year, like 90 will stick around for 2 years, and like 10 will be long term members.

When you had 1000 people joining like every month, this was fine. It was self sustaining. By the time people have left again, more people have filled that spot already. But when LB stopped bringing in thousands of members, it stopped having the numbers of people who actually stick around.

How many guys who joined in 2013 are still around now? A couple. There's probably more active people on LB right now from 2007 than there is from 2013.

Pugz had no fucking clue how to run the sit, and unfortunately the only way he did run it was straight into the ground. Now, the numbers are gone. When someone gets bored after 6 months, stops voting and stops battling, there's no one to fill their shoes. That's a lost member, where as in the past their role was easily filled in seconds because of the amount of new members.

Hell, the "new generation" on LB is still Erupt, Phil Banks, Huey Jazz etc. even though they joined and the latter two are long gone. That's because a new generation never joined because the numbers dropped off so much.

LB hit the scene by being incredibly pro active, something fresh and new and something consistently striving to make moves.

It continued it's success beyond X's activity because it was still something very new to massive amounts of people.

Now, LB's been LB for 10 years. It's not new, it's not fresh. It could be to someone new, but the internet's a different place now. People aren't searching for websites. Almost every website on the net, be it rap battle sites or my home MMA website, all of them have a fraction of the members they did 6 years ago because of the rise of reddit, buzzfeed, twitter etc. which tiny chunks of information which is readily accessible to anyone with little to no effort. As a result, you need to become proactive like LB was when it first started. It has to make moves (like the Lil Flip partnership), it needs to advertise and recruit and bring it's message TO people instead of offering it when they get here, it needs to be constantly striving to change and improve (more overhauls and skin changes in it's first 2 years than the remaining 8 years).

Unfortunately, @Pugz isn't the man to do this. Pugz wants to be a live battle promoter, not a website owner. He doesn't care if people on Letsbeef are battling, or if we're gettinf fresh members every day. Hell, he's hardly even on here. The reason Letsbeef.com currently exists is because to be a live battle promoter, Pugz needs a 'brand'. He's using the Letsbeef logo and name as that brand.

He's supposed to be using the Letsbeef name and logo in the live battles to promote the website. This is what it's all about, THIS is Letsbeef.com, nothing else. Instead, he's using Letsbeef to promote his live battles. He's essentially doing live battles in the name of a dead website who's little amount of remaining members think he's a clueless cunt who is too stubborn to listen and take advice and opinions. If any of the people out there are saying "I caught this live battle hosted by Letsbeef.com, I think I'll check the site out", insteantly they see that it's dead as fuck and filled with members completely dejected by how bullshit Pugz has been throughout the entire situation. It makes no sense at all to continue using the Letsbeef.com name for his battles because really, Letsbeef.com doesn't even exist anymore. Now it's just a wasteland of history and nostalgia among the few people who want to go down with the ship, all of which think Pugz is a wankshaft and will blame the entire downfall solely on him.




Oh, and fuck of MaCc no one on this site cares about your attempts at contributions. You're just a parasite who managed to cling on when guys like Orthadox, Real Rugger Rell, H Nigga and bestmceva were stamped out. You talk about people caring too much about formatting when I've never seen a legit vote from you yet. You don't know what elements are important in a battle and only ever vote for the guys you think are most likely to "return the fair". Fuck outta here with your multiple bans for being caught cheating. We'd prefer LB dies than have you preach like you know what's good for it.
