i was as passionate, if not more passionate than anyone about bringing back LB. and i've been sayin for YEARS now... at least since 2011 that the site was headed here but the admins had their delusions and fantasies of how LB was gonna hold up.

@Indianapolis Jones ... Note that I never said to get rid of the trolls, but rather that LB has a knack for attracting trolls that have very little intention on actually battle rapping, which is the site's intended purpose.

I did not get Rohaan banned, nor do I think users should be banned for trolling unless it is clearly continual harassment.

My point was more about the culture and community of the site falling off.

I obviously wasn't as concise as I could have been, but what I was trying to get at is the site might be more successful if it was a hiphop + battle rap site rather than just a battle rap site ( so in other words, bringing back more topicals *cough unbanning EtH*, more concept battles, more crew battles, more interaction in general...)

The beefing should happen mostly on the microphone and the trolling should support the beefing.... as oppose to the way it is now... trolling off the mic to create beef that never becomes a battle.

So, I had a few suggestions, but I'm not sure you read my full post... its all good.

I agree with @Babylon ... I only come back to tip my hat to an old hobby on a site I used to enjoy much more than I do currently.... I can only speculate as to how others feel.

Ok after a few more days back i see what the problems are here...There's people that think LB record is so important to where they only take lame ass battles or others that think they're so good that they won't even battle because it's a waste of time to battle people with a record that's not as good or somehow are not motivated enough to even wanna challenge people that are on or close enough to their level. Last time i checked this was a Battle Rap site and i'm hoping the tourneys that are going on or just happened are the reason for the lack of "great" battles in basic arena. I mean i can see why tourneys are more of a motivation, but whatever happened to wanting to battle the damn guy that won it or just wanting to battle because you actually still like it? Maybe i missed out on WTF really happened by missing the last few, but damn c'mon people...Does it really matter how cool the graphics are or if there's a troll running around? lol, i can see some of the promotion thoughts and leadership issues, but damn we as users are the ones that make up the site, so either shit or get off the pot.
