But those EXACT people complaining were driving around with 50 bag of weed and coke the weekend before. Cops aren't illegally searching your house because they dislike you, it's because you've probably got illegal drugs in your house.

if there isn't a proper search warrant then yes but if they suspect that then getting a search warrant takes 20-30 minutes tops way to take it to the extreme though

If can be hard to get a search warrant. Cops can't just get one because they know the dude's a drug dealer. They need evidence and to be able to back up their reasoning for searching the guy's house. SO many people get away with murder, mass drug dealing and other illegal activities because of procedure. Cops need to think of the red tape, while criminals don't. The cop can be sitting waiting for a search warrant, while the criminal can just boost a car and get out of there.

Cops don't just search your house and rip your shit apart for no reason. You're not THAT important. They only do this if you are a legitimate suspect. By not getting warrants, it just puts their entire job at risk. If you get illegally searched, phone the police and tell them that the cops refused to show you a search warrant. The cops CAN'T stick together in situations like this because the paper work doesn't exist. You can bring it to the news or anything, and when they prompt the cops for the evidence, it wont exist, and the cops will be fucked. If you do get searched though, there's probably a valid reason and you understand the cop's point of view for doing it.

I understand everyone wants to keep that "ghetto mentality", but we're grown ups now. We don't run around in gangs, we don't fight on the streets, and we don't randomly hate the police. You guys sound like you still write your name in magic marker around the estate.
