Crew jerseys is the best idea hands down.. Give it to the major crews though like

That would be unfair to every other crew who are not considered "major." Whoever gets it has to earn it, and all crews must be given an equal chance to earn it.

I never ran Illmania so that doesn't have much to do with me. As far as what I'm responsible for though, I try to make it equally available to everyone. If X-Cal throws a sign-up for every and any crew, then it would be their fault if they don't sign up. As for the ones who do sign up, we can duke it out for who gets a jersey and we can do this for both audio and text every 6 months or so.
