But, agreeing to the terms of the draft, doesn't mean that they will follow through with that agreement. And signing up for the draft, doesn't mean it is their choice which crew that they will be a part of. For instance, I can AGREE to the terms, but, what stops me from leaving the crew once I've joined? Nothing. Also, I can CHOOSE to sign up for the draft, but, may not like the crew I have become a part of. What stops me from leaving the crew? Nothing. Crew drafts are inherently flawed, man.

If They Don't Follow Through (This Means Not Going To The Crew Or Dropping Out) Then They're Out (I'd Get Some Prizes In Order Too As An Incentive For People To Sign Up [Besides Activity])

Plus, The Draft Is The First Step, Tournament Follows After A Certain Time Where Everyone Is Comfortable With Each Other And Transfers Are Accepted, Captains / Names Are Picked, Etc.

That's all well, and good. But, if so many people break the terms of the draft, the entire draft falls apart. It's a flawed idea.

Not If People Want To Do It, I'll Throw Up A Poll: Draft Or Illmania 4? I'll List The Terms / Rules / Guidelines, Etc. And You List Yours For Illmania, Deal? Otherwise I Can Start The Sign Ups But I'd Rather Do It Without A Crew Event Going On At The Same Time.

There have already been polls for a crew draft. It has been brought up several times since EJT's original draft. Do whatever you want, man. But, crew drafts do not work. It's simple.
