Yeah, althoughn I said that we still have alot of mods to get everything done. I remember last year people complaining about mods and I was like "wait...we have the best mod panel ever right now". Back when it was like mindless. hvk and mayneak, they might all be ghost at once so we were left unmodded.

Well, I was talking to X and Mindless about being a Moderator here on letsbeef.com and have helped them get a lot of information about bugs.. If you check my profile you will see I dropped a 127 line solo text cypher and there is a 0.5 Bar battle as well as when I voted 1000/1000 to AlmightyRap's battle. These were all things I was doing to help the site and compile information to send to Mindless and have it fixed right away. I first sent this information to Jason three weeks ago and I ended up having to get the information to Mindless and X myself because it was not given to them I guess. (No hate to you Jason I have always been cool with you, I just don't know what happened there.) I also made the one big post of course which wasn't to do anything with Mod. I just feel there are a lot of things here that are not well explained even in the FAQ section. I also made it because there are a lot of people in my crew alone that are new and ask me questions. So, I use that to refer them to so I do not have to explain everything more then once. Seemed like a great idea when I made it.
When it comes to the Mods for me.. I agree with everyone who says a lot of them are Inactive. I like the fact Ticket not only does Moderation work but still tries to put in battles as well (Will get to making that private battle with you sometime not sure when.), Jason seems pretty cool in my book and has checked all the problems I have had on the website as well as replying to me in a timely matter. Mindless and X are cool and the other Mods who are actually checking PM's constantly and doing their duties are fine as well.. But, if a moderator is inactive or has not logged in for over 2 - 3 weeks in my opinion should be demoted until they are able to be back and continue their duties.
As for me, I would like to be a Moderator here and from what I have heard from X, Mindless, and a couple Mods on the site, they would like to have me as well. But, I guess I have not gotten approval from everyone yet. Although there are tons of people here who I assume would just look at me as another wannabe moderator which is not the case. I just like the site and will still continue to help them moderator or not. That's my 2 cents.

EtH if you have beef with me because of your own dissatisfaction of not being a Moderator then grow up. I am strictly on a business level when it comes to a staff position with X and Mindless. I am a freelancer and use any job positions I get on big websites as references to get paid jobs when it comes to my freelancing experience. So, if you got a problem with that then so be it but, don't act like some 13 year old girl and throw a bitch fit about it. I am 16 and am acting more mature about this whole situation then you are, no wonder you didn't get picked maybe?
