It will, during it's run, help to alleviate the stress of the inactive crew section. Once over, of course, that will subside. Yes. Just as it did with previous Illmanias.

The draft has been done before, and it did not turn out successfully. If you remember correctly, EJT attempted a crew draft. Which failed horribly.

I'm fine w/ BLNK running this Illmania considering he has no crew affiliation w/ anyone now.

The FVC Also Didn't Turn Out Successfully But Now It's In Working Order, Do You Always Give Up This Easily When Life Doesn't Work Out?
I'm Fairly Confident I Could Pull It Off But I Can't Do It While Everyone Else Is Trying To Run A Crew Tournament.

A crew draft causes too much potential for "crew hopping." Whether it be because they don't like another member, or they find the name unsuitable, or any other possible reason they may come up with in this context.(Of course, these are reasons they may use regardless, but are less prevalent with the current set up.) If the members are allowed to choose their own crew affiliations(which is the current case.), this creates an increase in the likelihood to remain with that specific crew, as it was their own choice to be a part of it.
