nah i'm taking it easy guys, thansk for the love n support for the serious guys, yeah 150 to 300 , my friend said its possible sso i believe em cause he lifts everyday , today i walked a mile and did shuoulders, my shoulders actually stronger then i thought , and yeah atleast i'm in the gym getting that work

lemme clear this up, i don't do legs ok , my legs r naturally powerful , bitches don't care bout legs or how much i squat, i don't need to build legs, u guys feel me? i get nuff leg work from playin sports
so laugh or not, who cares about squats
and yea my caardio is outta tune cause the past few months i been inside eating a lot, playing xbox and battling dudes online so now im a get back my normal routine

thats a really bad mentality dude
your legs are the biggest muscles on your body .. when you train them you release more testosterone than you do working any other part of your body .. it will cause you to gain more muscle in every area of your body ... its a health risk and its gunna slow down your progress
and believe me .. when you put on a bathing suit and have a nice upper body and chicken legs ... bitches will laugh at you

Sundahy- rest
Monday- chest
Tuesday - Biceps
Wednesday- Treadmill 20 minutes
thursday chest and shoulders
Friday - bicep , back
Saturday - chest / tricep

It's good to have goals. I just suggest you read up a bit before you invest a lot of time into it. You don't wanna waste your time doing things all weird and fucky.
The split I used forever was
Chest/tris
Back/bis
Legs/ shoulders
Alternating cardio and abs every day.
One rest day a week
If that makes sense.
