There's an interest in forum/online rap battling...there wouldn't be 50 online rap battle sites if there wasn't an interest..but LB is the most unique experience that blows everything out of the water..and time and time again, you have your head so far up your ass that you're going to launch another failed venture unless you listen to US. Since 100 people use a site, it should be about what the 100 people want. Not what ever bullshit fantasies you have in your head
You don't know how to run a business, you don't know what it means when opportunity meets timing (as you've missed plenty of opportunities) and you fuckin suck at monetizing the site. Hit up the bookstore. Learn this shit if you're serious about it, if it's a hobby, let someone with the passion and know how to run the site.

If you're deadass about the coders and shit then you should honestly try to keep a lot of the site the same. Nobody fucked with FlyHipHop (the old v4)..Move shit around, change the icons for the navigation bar. Get a completely different design for sure. Add more items and make them obtainable via credits or a currency system. If currency system is too much, create other ways to earn credits. Like song feedback, forum posts, etc. Add a music section for people to host their mixtapes here for stream or download. Add a few more reasons to cop Exclusive and you'll see this shit make money and take off.
