There is no solid way. Drinking alot and trying to flush it out of your system is one of the most commonly used ways. Also using urine affecting substancys like asparagus are rumored to have a high percantage of inconclusive results. Vitiman B is also rumored to affect it. Try everything you can, EVERYTHING. Any way you would be able to sneak clean pee in? Disgusting, but effective.

The tea does work, so use it... it'll have you shitting ou food from a year ago.

Run run run....Sweat helps! Running will help burn some of that fat that the THC is embedded into.

Now listen here carefully...You can drink as much water as you want up until the day you take the drug screen and still fail. The only way the water will work is if you drink like 3 Gallons of water within 5 hours of taking the drug screen. I say that b/c it helps dillute your pee. Simple as that...

the only way you can text for niacin a blood text and a hair text unless the do a spinal tap witch they wont do any of them.... they just say they text for niacin in a pee text but they can cause niacin is n every day foods and drinks so good try act n smart but you failed bad... thanks WHUT?
