If both opponents were to unfortunately no show, would you guys pick a loser in previous round or would next guy just get a free pass basically? Hope it doesn't happen, just curious how that works
And yes i realize my dumb ass just asked that during 1st round

If two participants in a single battle no-show, this will equate to a bye in the next round for the person the winner of the aforementioned battle would have faced.

Yes, they do have to be battle lyrics; in this case, since it's a one-bar tournament, whatever you post has to take up two full lines or less in the tournament box. Tournament lines are a little bit longer than regular lines; two tournament lines is about equivalent to three regular lines.
You should have gotten a PM when Rant started this tournament giving you a hyperlink to where you need to go to drop your battle verse (mouse over the word "here" where it says "Drop your verse here" - that should be where you need to go). If you didn't get that PM or you can't find the link, you can hover over the "Tournaments" button - the one that has a trophy icon - near the top of the screen, and then click on "View Text Tournaments." That should bring you to the page that you need to go on; you can find your battle from there (yours is, in this case, at the very bottom).
Congratulations on entering your first tournament, and good luck.
