I've also never been in a rookie of the year tournament...My join date was in 2011 I dropped some battles but didn't come back till a year later. However, there is no way I qualify for this years ROTY. Whatever your join date is...that's how you judge if they are a valid rookie.

My Point Exactly....Whoever runs this isshh should consider whether dudes were active prior to this year....But id agree with what Eth said earlier with a cut off dated from the previous year only, in this case 2013 somewhere....
