i dont think the thought counts as much as people pretend it does
if my girl handed me a photo album with all our happiest moments i would think its whack
not cus i dont appreciate that aspect of our relationship, but how much money you spend is definitely a reflection of how much you care ... i wanna know that youre willing to sacrifice 4-5 work shifts to buy me some dope ass shit .. who likes working? no one.. it shows you care when youre willing to spend 30 hours in misery to buy me something nice
a photo album that you can put together in the comfort of your bed sipping hot chocolate doesnt mean much to me .. you gotta bleed for me yo

sentimental gifts are much more impactful when they are out of the blue .. not a special occasion

naw not not corny photo album.. maybe.. if your girl use to take family trips every Xmas to some special place somwhere.. and her parents past away and you know about how she use to take em trips.. take her there not to go so she feels bad but so she can get that Nostalgic feeling of old memories and warmth she had beforehand.. and the 200-400$ gift puts the icing on the cake too ofc..


so you got the thought+the price in mind.. double the pleasure.. double the fun.. (i should do commercials shun)
