lol, so now you agree with me that manufacturing at home is good? Oh and America can't import from p94213847u0918237 other countries like China could? Does China make something that no one else can make that I am unaware of? C'mon Verity, we haven't even touched on Military, Education (Yes I said it) and Technology, Culture? smh, we have a long way to go. But seriously... does China have some special shit we can't import from elsewhere? or better yet, employ more Americans, in our factories, to make at home?

Lol you already know that China have the best manufacturing industry, I'm not going to waste my time trying to tell you something that you already know I'm right about.
Yeah you can import from those other countries, sure, but the advantages still wouldn't be as great.
Technology? Majority is chinese/japanese and you should have known that.
Education? Your education system fucking sucks. You guys are 2 years behind the UK and ours isn't even THAT great.
Military? Just C answered that lol.
And yeah I agree, manufacturing from your own country is good which I originally said about China, if other countries could do that then their trade cycle would improve, but initial effects would be so fucking dyer it would be difficult to get back from, one of those 'it'll get a whole lot worse before it gets better' situation.

Everybody knows China is the worlds leading exporter and holds the most power in that respect. If China stopped Exporting to the US their Car industry would all turn into 1 big General Motors. Not to mention US being a BIG importer of Chinese goods of all varieties. If they weren't so dependent they would have become self reliant along long time ago. But it is too expensive to do that in comparison. And given China is the worlds biggest exporter who supply practically every country in the world. If they stopped US supply they would take a hit. But no where near as big of a hit as the US would (FUCKED) given the safety net provided by every other nation importing their goods.

In the commercial field. Which is what were talking about. The seller holds all the cards.

not a chance. we import out of sheer want. the moment we NEED to import shit, you'll have a point. until then, we'll hold the cards snugly in our fat hands.

The fact of the matter is, this has turned into a "what if trade ended" scenario. Well, the world economy would likely collapse. It is WIDELY KNOWN FACT that America is a Super Power and is the most powerful country in the world. 9/10 people who are educated on matters such as this would agree. I encourage you to do some research.
