I mean obviously you can't do something about it based on somebody telling you about it when it happens....It would cause all sorts of complication's ..And the mods/Admins have enough problems to deal with as it is, with out exclusive members getting shitty with them all because they missed the problem being brought up in the forums, Or because they was simply to busy at the time dealing with another issue..It has to be an automatic cap..
The Mods win
(Cause it's 1 less problem to deal with manually)
The ones getting knocked of the list win
(For reasons already stated)

It has to be a built into the code
I mean you could all-way's try it on a trial basis and see how it work's out
And if it doesn't work
At-least next time, when somebody approaches you or any other member of staff with the same issue
