Phroxen Vs ReeFer sucks
If any new member to the site came out and rhymed "SECOND MATCH IS PROBABLE /// MECCA STATUS: GODLY FEUD" in their first line on the site they'd be lucky to get above a 6 no matter what else was said.
It took ReeFer SIX lines to drop 2 punches. Essentially, ReeFer's ratio would mean he couldn't even fit 3 punches in an 8 line verse.
Guys acting like it's the dopest battle of the year of some shit. If someone like Ascension dropped a verse like that you'd all shit on him. Yet because these guys are big names we all pretend they don't have more problems than Rohan's little sister.
64 lines without personals and with gunplay, struggled rhymes and lots of filler.

I'd probably have been alright with it if every cunt wasn't overrating it. Like don't get me wrong, I can rhyme through the majority of Phrox's verse when it isn't being forced and I dont care about "perfect multis", but what I'm saying is that if someone without a name wrote exactly those multis, they'd be lambasted.

Me and Subreal and me and Lock all talked a lot about Phrox's first multi. I agree with them that SECOND MATCH IS / MECCA STATUS words when you say it all together. As someone who always got a lot of feed on stuff though, I'd ALWAYS deal with people saying "Yo EtH, Second and Mecca arent even close to rhyming". I'm sure guys with even less of a name than me face this 50 times worse than I ever did, while someone like Phrox isn't even going to get it mentioned to him.
Look at RULE's verse when he battled. He used both of these wordplays: (EtH Fecked You All, Turns / Effectual Turns) and (EtH In a Tee / Affinity). These are TERRIBLE (So it just says how much I suck that I still lost haha). Now let's look at the voters. MUGGZ, AfterThought, Row, Dean, Dissizit, Lockhart, Rain Matrix, Denton, Dope Man and Saxx being the only names you'd notice. Out of ALL of these names, only Lockhart and Dope Man actually said a word about RULE's wordplay. How could anyone vote on that battle without saying "RULE man that wordplay was terrible". The reason being; RULE is just like Phroxen and ReeFer. They can do what they want, make all the rookie mistakes in the world, and cunts don't care because their name is above the standards that other people are held to.
(This is all in no disrespect to RULE, it was a 15 minute battle after all).

Second and Mecca are totally fine to rhyme imo
When I pronounce "second" i tend not to pronounce the "d" sound at the end so it sounds more like "Sek-ken" which works fine with Mecca.
i hear people voice their dislike for "slant" rhyming, but i think that type of rhyming sounds better than traditional rhyme does .. it allows for more natural flow when youre reading .. if you pronounce second and Mecca firmly they wont rhyme or even sound related .. but when i read this verse those 2 words didnt even come close to standing out .. i knew that they matched and it flowed effortlessly .. dont get so hung up on technicalities
the WP is a different story .. but as for those multies ... those are totally fine.. Daddio "slant rhymes" like a madman but also flows the best on the site. half his shit doesnt "rhyme" .. that doesnt mean his verse is "wrong" .. it flows perfectly without rhyming perfectly
edit: not suggesting that big names dont make mistakes and have room for improvement .. i just think that this particular example isnt the greatest for making that argument
