^The AM/PM thing is fucked up, because once upon a time I was editing my BIOS to fix the screwed up clock settings on my shitty Chinese computer at 9 p.m. or so, and I did not realize that my BIOS uses military time.

you don't have to change anything manually to OC you have programs for that.the only time you make use of a jumper in bios is if its password protected or trying to manually reset it back to factory date. ............its hard to tell whats your point?
