I don't believe in god for the same reason I don't believe in leprechauns, or unicorns, or the female orgasm.

Is it that you can't 'see God'

Well, I'm speaking to those who believe in the idea of God as an all mighty being.
A being that is supposed to look over us for the greater good.
Now, If God was all mighty, wouldn't he then be able to create a being more powerful than himself?
If he couldn't, then he would not be all mighty.
Wouldn't he then cease to be God?
If he could, but chose not to, even though a more powerful being would help towards 'the greater good,' just for him to remain as the all mighty being, that would be considered selfish.
Selfishness is a sin and if God committed this, wouldn't he then cease to be God?
Either way, the notion of God being an all mighty being should be discredited.

Then the bible contradicts itself and should immediately be discredited.
