Yeah it's on Discovery Channel. Good viewing. 1 guy tried to overtake a Amish woman driving a horse and cart. smashed it up. 2 of the Amish Mafia went to check out the crumpled cart after she got in contact with them. 1 of them stayed with her while the other tracked down the driver to his house. he was English (Bsically the term for non amish) Amish mafia enforcer guy knocks on the door, driver answers and starts testing him and giving him shit, then closes the door, amish enforcer guy just sighs, walks casually over to his 4x4, opens the door and pulls out a pump action, walks over to the car, cocks and puts a bullet in it then drives off, driver guy obviously didn't come out of his house lol

I just noticed at the start and end of the program's it says a lot of what takes place is re enactments. looking back it does seem a little staged. parts seem a bit fake and the whole thing could be. But I'm still enjoying it. Just the thought of an Amish Mafia peaks my interests lol

Authenticity

The veracity of the events depicted on the show has been widely questioned, with The New York Times noting that "An early credit warns of "select re-enactments," and since we're never later told whether we're watching staged scenes, it's fairly safe to assume that everything is staged. (A closing credit clarifies that "re-creations are based on eyewitness accounts, testimonials and the legend of the Amish Mafia.")[22]

The show has also been strongly criticized by Amish scholars. Donald Kraybill, an Elizabethtown College professor and prominent researcher of the Anabaptist lifestyle, states: "To call these shows documentaries is a fraudulent lie", and "(the show) is just sort of an example of the foolishness and stupidity and lies—misrepresentations I should say—that are promoted [about the Amish] in television...These production crews should be ashamed of trying to say that represents Amish life."[23][24] This view is echoed by Donald Weaver-Zercher, Messiah College Professor and Amish expert, who stated that upon initially seeing the trailer for the show, "I thought maybe it was a Saturday Night Live skit on reality television because it was so [far-fetched]. My sense is this Amish mafia is about as real as the Dunder Mifflin Paper Company on The Office."[25]

A former prosecutor in Lancaster County stated that his office was aware of no "Amish Mafia", and if there were they would have been prosecuted.[26] During one episode, the narrator states that Lebanon Levi was arrested by the "Lancaster County Police". There is no such law enforcement agency.[26][27] The owners of one store portrayed as paying protection money to Lebanon Levi have denied having any relationship with him.[28] Several sources agree that the Amish community will not respond as to the credibility of the show's plot due to the fact they are in general a private group that does not get involved with the media.[29][30]

Yeah I've been doing a little digging myself. It seems like bullshit. Lebanon Levi (if reports are to be true) works for a Fire department in Lebanon County and isn't in fact a roofer. Apparently he asked for permission to set fire to a building which would be filmed by cameras for a show to be aired on the discovery channel. The next episode shown his home being set ablaze by "1 of his rivals" (if true) The DC and the cast and crew should all pay a heavy price for this. It's getting to something when even a once credible network like DC is even airing dramas as "documentaries"

if youre familiar with the Amish, youll know that being excommunicated is no joke..yet there are a handful of people, who have been excommunicated, who still associate with other members/families...thats a big no-no, so of course you take this show with a grain of salt...doesnt change the fact its good viewing like Just said
