Let me also mention. Internet defamation is a very difficult field to understand and predict because it's relatively new and there is little precedent.
That said, I'm pretty sure the statements that were made may constitute a false statement, assuming that it is actually false.
Regardless, it is an uphill fucking battle for this motherfucker to get anything from this. I wouldn't worry about it guys.
