No clue what to title this... - Lets Beef

As some of you know I have the "Unfair Voter" thing on my Awards from a few months ago. I was wondering if that ever expired, even through years of not getting in trouble & since I think the answer to that is no I'm purposing an idea here:

Depending on the offense, after a period of time the tag on their awards goes away, ONLY if they do not get in trouble in that period of time. Because everyone makes mistakes, and most regret them later as I do. Although I do completely 'own up' to the fact I did do what is on my page I do not think it's fair for me to have to wear this badge of shame for all the years to come when I'm a completely changed person from then. Even if the time it'll take to go away is a long ass time from now at least that means I won't have it at one point in time, along with everyone else.
