bout to hit the weights
yea took a christmas break off but bout to head back today
my goals by the end of the year
Max:
Bench - 300
Squat - 280
Deadlift- 0 - hurts to much on the back
Curl - 40 each arm
Shoulder press - 80
pull ups - 3 perfect formed pull ups
mile run - aiming for 10 minutes even
Whast i can do now -
Max (1 rep)
bench - 150
Squat - 135
Deadlift- 0
Curl - 20
Shoulder press - 25
Pull ups - 0
Mile run - 13:26
but they say u should be able to bench ur weight and i'm prob 160 or so , so i'm pretty good shape if you ask me , i always stay on my hustle
