IMO, most effective move any Pokemon can possess without actually "attacking" their opponent...Attract. Lol. There.. you was wondering how I "fell off" and been writing lackadaisical verses, now you know.
Don't believe attraction is an effective move, listen to my story. Okay.. so I had the Pokemon with arguably the best defense in the game--Steelix.
I was facing some small Pokemon, I forget it's name, but my first attack was either a headbutt or a steel tail attack which brought my opponent's HP down about 1/4 of the way down. It's first attack, you guessed it, was attract. Smh
I attempted to use the same move again and across the screen it says, "Your Pokemon is attracted and is unable to attack." So, I'm sitting there like "Okay, I can wait this out for a bit until he loses attraction and try the same attacks again"...Wrong!
This little motherfucker was using it's weak ass moves against me which would only take like 5-10 HP down after each attack which isn't shit when it comes to Pokemon battling or any RPG game tbh. On top of that, it's HP was still sitting 1/4 of the way down while my HP was slowly reducing.
Once again, I was sitting there hoping my nigga, Steelix, would snap out of it but he never did and the match literally took 15-20 minutes to cease. Although, this shit's silly, I was mad as hell after taking that defeat. Especially, to a move like "Attract". Oh.. and it's HP remained "1/4 of the way down" throughout the entire match.
