Some tips/techniques for flowing... - Lets Beef

Ive been writing for awhile now, but just recently got on the mic. Im having trouble flowing. Like I dont know what tempo I need to spit at etc etc. I know its nothing that can be learned overnight I was just lookin for some insite on some tips, tricks, or techniques.
