That's all very good hardware. However, I wouldn't get a refurbished GFX Card. That can go seriously bad. If you want it for simply making GFX and music then like Student said Apple is the way to go. But you said for some gaming so stick with a PC because Apple is too expensive plus you got to get a bunch of programs to run PC Games. I like what I see on that list though. If you have the extra cash just buy a new GFX Card so it has a factory warranty. Hope my input was helpful

I love toshiba haha. I've only see windows 8 on tablets. I think Windows 7 is their best OS. Alienware is just a brand you buy a different brand with all the same guts an alien has for half the price

Okay, a few points.
I wouldn't go with a MicroATX board, they are cramped and very small. Really, I wouldn't recommend it, especially if you're putting it with a big tower. Another thing to consider is it might not fit exactly right with the case.
MicroATX, IMO is something that you'd use on a pretty weak PC, not one that you'd want for gaming or power use. You will fry your components in that tiny ass space, and furthermore you have little to no expansion room. I always recommend going for the full ATX motherboard.
Also, I don't see why you are buying an enthusiast class processor and a solid state drive when you're going to put an extremely low class GPU in.
Heres the thing, you don't need an SSD or a high class processor to do 99% of tasks, you want those for two reasons, either you are going to run a lot of intensive programs, (such as video decoding or something like that) or you are going to run games. I don't think you're doing the first, but if your gpu is going to really prevent you from doing the second.

First off, you still need a regular hard drive, the SSD is mainly just for stuff like games or programs you want to run really fast.
Secondly, if you do go with the mini board, which I'm not a fan of make sure your case fits it, as a full ATX may not be designed to fit a mini board.
Third, the 610 is not going to really run gaming at all, at least not satisfactorily. If you're looking for a cheap GPU, look at the Radeon 7750, it should be under 100 most places, and will destroy that 610.
I would still look hard at getting a full ATX board, and consider Windows 8 as well. I understand windows 8 is less built for the PC, but it's newer architecture and will thus have a longer shelf life than Windows 7.
