The Joys Of Being Forgetful:
The joys of being forgetful: So, i get up this morning. Get ready to get the bus to Castlebar to collect dole an then catch one back to Galway. Have pocket full of 10, 20 & 50 cent's to pay the €15.50 single ticket...all i had. Have my iPod, to make the journey a more enjoyable one. In my own little happy world. That is, until. The bus reaches Ball. As the bus approaches Ball Mr.Genius here, suddenly realize's...*Hay, wait a minute numb nuts, where's your wallet?*...to which i can hear the faint sniggers of my wallet sitting comfortably at home in Galway in my bedroom draw. So in a mix of confusion an anger at my stupidity. I get off the bus in Ball with No money & no phone credit and start walking, thinking surely i'll be able to thumb a lift here an there. No, walked from Ball to Claremorris to Balindine to Tuam and only when (after five hours of walking) i wasn't able to move any further with the blisters on my feet that look bigger than Big Foot's Feet, hamstrings ready to give way. A few miles out from Claregalway, a nice french man pulled over an gave me a lift the rest of the way. Ahhhh...the joys of it.

Well, i only moved to Galway..so was going down to Castlebar today to collect an transfer it over to Galway. The bus only takes about 2hours.
But where i was left (in the middle of fucking no where) i had to follow the road signs. An try an go by memory of the bus route. Which took me around the place lol Yeah 74 miles i walked until i got a lift...
