Topical Signups--May

As your new topical moderator, I want to get some activity back to that section of the site by hosting a topical event this month. I'm not sure if it's gonna be PPV format like the text cards or the Ultimate Writer format we used to have, but it shouldn't matter much. If you want a topical battle, let me know.

If you don't know what a topical is, go check the topical archives. There will be free exclusive and emcee items involved. I want this to become a legit section of the site again.

@Rain-Matrix It's only sinking because it hasn't had any leadership in a long time. I'm gonna change that.

@Row and @The Lock, I'm gonna run the ATT in June so it doesn't conflict with the Scheme Championship and because June's a dead month for text tournaments. I'd like to have a card before then, though.
