Microsoft officially made the changes everybody wanted

- Gamers will NOT pay a used game fee & will be able to trade, sell, lend, and borrow games like they do on their 360
- The mandatory once every 24hr online check in is GONE
- Gamers given the ability to play games offline now, rather than always connected to the internet

I think the initial info we got from Microsoft was done purposely and this right here changed the whole game on em. We should see X1 pre-orders skyrocket now

Purposely? Losing BIG time at E3 pretty much bumfucks your pre-orders on the spot, whether you make the repairs or not.

E3 is the showcase, not the focus group.

There's people that get paid to market the fuck out of shit. there's analysts that make projections based on previous results and trends and what's working now and what isn't in order to generate sales/buzz. They only learn more and more marketing tricks as time progresses, its not like they'll get worse

The reason being is because the future of this country will be a big brother surveillance type of country. Microsoft being the 1st major corporation to partner with the NSA would obviously be the test dummy in digitalizing every piece of content so that discs aren't necessary and that being connected to the internet is mandatory

Xbox cut their money probably in half with their horrible performance at E3. Playstation are going to smash it with their early sales, and not just because the price is better.

All Xbox had going for it anyways was better internet community. With PS going PS+ community, they will have the same too.

They called it the Xbox 180 in the news because Microsoft did a complete 180 and backtracked on their proposed policies for the Xbox1
