~GOL~ crew recruiting Leaders and Cappos - Lets Beef

As most of you are aware the ~God of Lyrics~ is a crew who help and guide new comers to elevate, providing a family environment and motivate them to keep pushing from those who discourage them and put them down. I am looking for 2 leaders and 2 captains to assist as the crew is expanding.

LEADER SPOT - CRITERIA

1. Be an experience text battler, with the understanding of concepts, structure, multies and able to teach those who seeks help. Able to communicate to lower level cats and make sure they understand the basics and;

2. The ability to recruit, promote and demote right crew members and abandon the crew members who they don't think belong in the crew and;

3. Being active and available to assist in a reasonable manner and;

4. Have at least a text battle winning record of over 100 or a record of 85% whichever is higher and;

5. Have been top 3 of any month in the last 6 months.

CAPTAIN SPOT - CRITERIA

1. Be an experience text battler, with the understanding of concepts, structure, multies and able to teach those who seeks help. Able to communicate to lower level cats and make sure they understand the basics and;

2. Being active and available to assist in a reasonable manner and;

3. Have at least a text battle winning record of over 40 or a record of 65% whichever is higher and;

4. Have been top 10 of the month in the last 6 months.

REGULAR MEMBERS - CRETERIA
Not in this section but look out for crew try out cyphers from time to time created by one of our captains in the cypher section. If you put in ur best work you will be selected to become part of the crew.
