Why would aggression be a voting factor? - Lets Beef

I see tons of people voting on 'aggresion' in Audio verses but I call bullshit. There's a lot of ways to attack someone verbally, you don't have to sound like you're about to murder them. f you're cracking jokes about them why would you be screaming/angry/aggressive?

Vote on strength of delivery in general. Not just aggression. Oh and maybe Lyrics, but most audio heads don't pay attention to those or can't comprehend them.

It depends what you mean by aggression. Delivery or Bars? Plus it's down to personal preference. If someones ass and muttering under their breath against someone who is selling his material in an aggressive manner it's gonna stand out and that's what people will gravitate to when explaining their vote.

Y'all getting it twisted. Energy and aggression aren't the same. Someone can provide a lot of entertainment value without being aggressive really.

I'm not saying aggression is bad, it works and it fits a lot of the bars people spit. But there's other sets where aggressive delivery isn't really what fits the verse.

I dunno. Maybe people think aggression and delivery are the same thing? Cause I feel like you can put in a lot of energy and be loud/clear without necessarily being aggressive.

Like sounding angry vs. clowning or something. Tones are very different but aggressive undertones will always get the edge here. I fail to see why if clowning is equally witty/valuable in the bars and delivered well.
