A question about 'swaying'
Do you think it should be considered swaying if you have fully explained why you voted the way you did and named your winner in the comment?

lol i thought the same.
I always drop an expo without telling the name of the winner tho.
I'm like 'one had a more personal verse bla bla, the other's concepts were more creative bla bla and got my vote'

I honestly don't think it should be considered swaying if you say who you've voted for when there's a certain amount of detail given as to why you voted for that person.

I just think the rules of what is considered swaying on here is a little unclear and I know a lot of people won't say who they voted for in fear of receiving an infraction

I think less educated voters will sometimes vote for someone because an established voter did. They don't want to seem nooby by voting for a battle the vets wouldn't pick, even if they preferred it. That said, I still wouldn't consider it swaying.

cuz like swaying comments are comments that reveal the winner ye?
if the voters see 'Jason' (eg) comment 'RULE had stronger punches but was incosistant while Mokane was consistant throughout the battle and got my vote' they basically see that in ur eyes mokane won.
swayin? I dont know lol

swaying in my eyes is a blatant attempt to push voters in a certain direction .. if youre just explaining the reason why you voted for a person and drop their name i would never call that swaying ... if people are so busy reading the comments of other voters they should just read the battle and make their own decision

I'm definitely in agreement with this.
I suppose it does come down to who else is gonna vote on the battle though.
As OSKAR said, it's not uncommon for 'noobs' to just look at the comments and decide who to vote for based on that alone.
