They could do it easily? The best spy is one thats right under your nose & you don't even know it

You're right though. They've been spying on us. What do you think smartphones are doing now?

Their claim is that these cameras, and gaming consoles in general, are using this data on us to better suit us as consumers so that they can further brainfuck us into buying shit we don't even need.

^^^But let's be honest. The military already funded an effort to hack game consoles. Everything in this world is carried out by certain role players(those with power) that subsequently make their demands to their corporations which trickle down to us. So we're unknowingly purchasing things or making decisions based on WANTS(not NEEDS) that the role players condition us to want.

When you're conducting an experiment, wouldn't you want to have control over every(if not most) variables that you can? ya'll learned about dependent/independent variables at some point right?

If you're working with lab rats it'd be great to know every habit, tendency, like/dislike, etc etc in order for you to have a more controlled environment

think of this as that but on a much larger scale.
