I have all this information in my lestbeef.com guide..

Try the following,

1) Copy your battle text and refresh the page

2) Copy your battle text then delete maybe half or 1 line then hover your mouse over the button to see if it can be clicked. If it cant highlight all the text and press Ctrl + V then click the button quickly. If that doesn't work read through my guide and it might have more information on it. Link is in my signature.
