So by this logic the guy in charge of doing whats best for the site isn't allowed to say "I don't think that will cut it" for fear of being accused of shitting on someone no matter how constructively or sincere he is.
In your world anyone bringing an idea is immune to scrutiny and should automatically get the nod to proceed.
