and then they be like "oh we just hired a few people" check back in two weeks and we'll see if they worked out of not, if they dont then we'll consider you (and i mean she wanted me to come and walk back in.. not call on the phone)


i mean i can understand why they do this and its justifiable and prolly would do same..


it's a psychology.. they know they didn't hire anyone.. they just want to see how badly you want the job, if you're willing to pounce on the moment in 2 weeks you'd look desperate enough to walk yourself back in there.. and they prolly give you a time to come back and w.e for training

just because its in CT doesnt mean anything..CT is full of companies that penny pinch at the expense of the employee

for a minimum wage job though, i wouldn't go through the hassle..its very possible they just want someone devoted to working there, but the games bring a red flag

Fuck th*m. If they're hiring, chances are they need an employee more than you need their money. And 100 other places are hiring. I say go for the highest paying job you can & go all in for that job, fuck settling for minimum wage at a place playing mind games with you

godbody man.. some ppl dont have a choice. i put pride aside after this long period of unemployment son, cant be stuck in the situation im in spesh at my age.. i say fuck the embarrassment and take that hand flla money, i still know ppl other than me that are unemployed.. they either lazy or too much pride and have/had shit to their name.. you wake up in the morning feeling like shit and unacomplished son RT, also i prolly work 2-3 jobs if possible store near there, hiring as well but dont offer as many hours, mind games everywhere u go for the most.. clench that teeth and say fuck it right? pride's a sin son

do what you gotta do to eat..i didnt know it was like that. it'll be a good experience then as long as you use it as a stepping stone and arent thinking long term career there (unless theres room for growth like managerial positions etc)

its better to get your own business going. Make t-shirts with your art skills @V3numb or be an ice cream van driver or breed gold fish... something you do on your own no what I mean?
