Jason and all you other fitness dudes.

What is a good diet regime/workout plan. I'm gonna be ghosting for a bit, mainly due to the fact that sometime this year I'll be going to BUD/S. And I'm going to need a LOT of training in different fields if I plan on becoming a SEAL. Holla at me.

Depends what kind of body you want

Tryin to put on mass?

you'll probably have to go on a typical high calorie/ high protein diet .. the reason i say so is because youre gunna have to be big and strong and you'll also have to be very good in the water .. and water training is verrryyyy cardio intensive so you'll burn alot of calories. not sure if theres actual water training geared toward seal prep but if there isnt id start by getting your lifeguard certification and going to your local pool and doing laps and laps ... the lifeguard training will get you pretty good in the water. also youre gunna need to be able to hold your breath for 3 minutes at least underwater .. you should start expanding your lungs now .. your lugs will grow over time the more you do it .. so practice will make it easier when you actually have to do it.

its hard to just tell you this shit online ... i need to know your body type .. how hard you wanna train ... theres a million things id need to know before bein able to give you any actual advice to help you out ... but definitely dont be neglecting the water training .. start now

[B]A good diet plan is before every work out, you assign a snack type that wouldn't fill you up to the point you might throw up but to the point where you feel energized and ready.
A good workout plan is overall most of all muscles since you don't know what to expect
But after you finish a workout (Hour to a hour and a half to retain injury) you'll want to have a full good protein meal (To heal your muscles and get bigger quicker) but make sure it's after breakfast. (Best meal of the day to contain energy) Best suggestions right after workouts is fish, beef, steak, all this in the category that has a high level of protein, or you can always use protein shakes, works either way.

Remember to rest your muscles, arms and chest range to about 2-3 days of rest. Legs are about the same, abs is depending how hard you work it, you mostly can work those every 24 hours. Shoulders can range from 3-4 depending on how you want them to look like.. if you're working the full range from shoulders to shoulder abdomen, towards the neck, it can be a good 3-4 days.

I'm a bigger guy, I've got an LL Cool J body type going on. Very broad shoulders. I look buff though I'm not buff kinda deal. I appreciate the advice, I need to start swimming a bunch, I'll look into lifeguard courses. I was also going to take some scuba diving classes to get familiar with diving. But I def don't need the mass, I just need to replace the rest of this chunk with muscle.

yeah .. like i said its hard to really give you advice you can run with online but judging by what youre sayin it sounds like you need to eat healthier if you have some excess fat on you .. start eating well and when youre in the gym do 12-15 reps with lighter weight instead of lower reps with heavier weight .. that should help you tone out

skip rope and bike alot to help get cut .. and go hard with the aquatic stuff

if youre really serious about it talk to a trainer though ... they seals are extremely fit and you wanna maximize your chances if youre serious about doing it .. talkin to me or anyone else online wont get you where you need to go .. goodluck though hit me up if you got a question

lol yea .. one of the most elite squads on the planet

still tho .. theres 6 seal teams ... theres gotta be enough members to fill all 6 ... if he wants it bad enough then he should give it his all and try

worst case you get fit as fuck .. lol

there always other elite squads like delta or recon etc.... just saying the training is rough even reg sniper training had my boy trying to get out.... said he had to stay in a hole for 48 hours n not move or some shit

85% chance fail rate or some shit. BUD/S is designed for you to fail. I've been researching and all sorts of shit, watched a few videos of what they go through during "Hell Week". It's pretty intense but it takes more mental toughness than physical. But I'm gonna take it a step at a time. Step one is to get into shape, and to get fit.
