But if we're being honest. I'll still whoop y'alls ass in text. I just get lazy AF because text is such an esoteric art form aka no one cares about it. At all. One bar is my jam, it mirrors my text attention span.

On a more important note, I appreciate the support I'm seeing from y'all. It's nice to hear the work pays off. *bow*

How is text battling any more esoteric than LB audio battling, though?

Learned more from the 8 losses than I ever did the two that I won.


The skillset mostly, I can't call up the local league and ask for a text battle at their next event. Other people occasionally listen to the audio battles from here. I don't know anyone who has just read text battles for the hell of it without wanting to be involved themselves, not the same for audio.

But, both forms of battling are meant for the same specific subset of people. Letsbeef users. You don't think people from say, facebook, are popping onto LB as guests, just to listen to audio battles, do you? So, would that not make both classes of battling just as esoteric as one another?
