nah that's not fair to the people thats actually new. You can join the site, battle a few people than quit, possibly get better on your days off and now that you feel your ready, join the roy. if you missed out for the year you were eligible, thats on you.

the people who did miss out but are very active during the current roty year they want to participate in should be allowed a chance..if the person hadnt put up at least 60 or more battles within the given calender year of the roty he wants to get in on then hes ineligible... otherwise @CakedOut give us your 8 or more current rookies that should be in roty contention for this year... atm all i see is not even a handful worthy...due to lbs waining activity of new members that are actually putting in dedicated work (voting/elevating/battling/forum posts)

as I said I only done a few battles when I joined then was away from lb for about 18 months . this year I came back and have battled anyone and everyone and been active ever DAY for the past 3 months . and when I joined I didn't even know their was a ROK tourney just like most newbies ..but at least I came back and have been one of the most active members over the past 3-4 months . and most of the people who have posted in this thread are in the same boat . and most of the new members disappear within a week or two anyway for some reason , so fuck it , give us who want to battle regulary and want to elevate a chance .
