Pugs won't sell the site because he's holding on to this whole live battle crap. The site would be the only thing he'd have.

It's from a responsive/mobile layout for the site I was working on a year ago. I had hosted it somewhere, but it's only front-end with no back-end functionality. I still have the files lying around somewhere, but the owners might choose to go in a different direction with the redesign.

Asking for a time frame for something in such early stages, that isn't even solidified yet is silly.
Usually people set a time frame and a budget for something before starting rather than winging it.
