In April 1987, Bachellor’s father was murdered right in front of him and his Mother. This tragic event began the downward spiral of his Mother’s hope, faith, and outlook in life. If losing his Father wasn’t enough, his Mother was on a path leading straight to hell; turning to hard drugs, alcohol, and surviving the streets to suppress her pain, support her addiction, and take care of their son. Knowing nothing else, this was life for Bachellor on a daily basis, a life most people would call hell on Earth. One major factor that served as Bachellor’s therapy to drive on and offer a positive outlet to his not-so-positive circumstances was music. He used music as a way to express his deepest feelings and reveal the truths of his darkest experiences, all the while shedding light on how God has been there to see him through it all. Bachellor was a unique child, one that you met and realized he was the epitome of the cliché truism; a child is a gift from God.
