Example:

Response: GATS ARE POPPING, FACTS I'M ROCKING, STATS ARE STOPPING, PACKED IN COFFINS.

Just to break down why these work, here is the syllables.

Syllable 1
CATS / GATS / FACTS / STATS/ PACKED

Syllable 2 (All conjunctions in this case)
ARE / AND / ARE / I'M / IN

Syllable 3
DROP / POP / ROCK / STOP / COFF

Syllable 4
ING / HIM / ING / ING / INS

It might all sound complex, but really it's VERY easy. I legitimately find it difficult to even give you these examples or freestyle without multis because of how effortless and engrained in my head they have become.
