This was really dope, best battle out so far. I'd give both a 9 here. Unyqe had nice imagery & I liked the metaphorical tip on his poem. Now Dirty Work really impressed me with that. I like how he impersonated the sun as the father & the earth as the mother & the people as the children, I thought he also put a bit more vocabulary in there, and had the better overall poem. Props to both, my vote goes to: Dirty Work

Both had good drops. I liked Unyqe's personification of the night in his last line, but Dirty came with some great personification too. He did have the better vocabulary to me though. I feel Unyqe had better imagery though. This is an extremely close one but... My vote goes to... Damn it's tough... Dirty Work

Quite simply unyque's choice of words made for the more effective piece here. The overall tone of it was far darker and deathly; metaphorically "guts" is a brilliant choice of words. Great effort guys, but Unyqe worked very well here in a very short space.
