It coulda happened when I was four, just dumb and immature
Shit I was always quick to do something stupid if it kept me from being bored 
Now this may not be true because I do not have a source
So hopefully I'll be corrected if I'm wrong 
But let me reminisce and try to get this picture drawn 
Just to help you envision what's goin on
Listen I was just a young kid playin on the swingset
Lookin for a bigger thrill maybe something I would regret 
That's when I saw that caterpillar sittin in the grass
I put it right inside my mouth I almost choked on it and gasped 
You see this was the first natural high I had ever had
It was shortlasted I didn't understand 
And maybe that part of me still exists today 
Because I never got why your love always came then went away
I'm just that little caterpillar buggin out wishin you would stay 
Please wait, before you leave again I got some things I have to say

I can't help but smile everytime you look into my eyes
Do you see something worthwhile or just a consolation prize?
